    I was on a quest to find NY style pizza around the Metropolitan Baltimore area. The greatest challenge with NY style pizza and the secret ingredient is the water itself, so to find something remotely similar is and will always be a challenge. I decided to try this place located in a shopping center across from Towson Town Center. I ordered a pie with half cheese and pepperoni. Nicely smoked pepperoni and cheese was a nice texture with an equal balance of sauce. The crust has a hint of sweetness as well. I didn't check to see whether it was being hand tossed or what sort of pizza oven was being used but it fit the bill for this excursion. Good service and would definitely return again.

    For lunch, Pasta Mista is well worth a stop; great looking pizza is available and a wide range of pastas. I chose the baked ziti, and it was more than I could eat. For a bit, I wondered if I'd made a bad choice as it seemed to take a while, but when I looked back through the kitchen and saw they were boiling my pasta for the dish rather than scooping from a pre-prepared batch, I knew the extra time was worth it. Plenty of sauce with a healthy layer of cheese and wonderfully cooked ziti made this a really good dish, so I was very happy with it. Several people came and went for pizza as I sat there eating lunch so I can't help but wish I had more time to try that as well.

    Extremely consistent. Delicious pizza, great subs and classic Italian American dishes. Places like this are what made this area so special, culinarily. There aren't many left, and I'm glad this place is always packed when I go in. Really quick service
